Why don’t I see any local information on raise4fun.com.au?
Check the top right corner, where it states your location. Often the location is listed not where you physically are, but rather as the place where your internet provider is located. This can be in the next city, or even in the next state!

Just click on ‘change location’. Then enter your actual location, and from now on your computer will automatically know this.

Why do I have to enter my details when I register?
By entering your name, phone number and email address you are enabling us to notify you, if you win one of our terrific prizes! Obviously we need to be able to notify the winners, either by phone or email!

When I register, why can’t I see the name of my village
(it’s not listed)?
We’re sorry we couldn’t include every village: if we had done so, it would have generated an enormous list that would have been tedious for people to scroll through. Please simply select the town that is closest to you.

Why is it telling me my username / password is invalid?
Re-enter your username/ password and follow the ‘Golden Rules’ of creating usernames and password. Make sure they are:

1. 6 ~ 12 characters long;

2. Typed in lowercase (no capital letters);

3. Only made up of letters and numbers; and

4. That there are no ‘spaces’ anywhere

How do I find out more about each fundraising ticket?
Under each offer, there’s a grey button that says “More Info”. Click on it for details.

The red button under each offer says ‘add to basket’. What exactly am I adding to my basket?
You’re simply adding the fundraising ticket to your basket. No shopping takes place on the website.

What if I change my mind about a ticket I’ve added to my basket?
No problem! You can delete any or all tickets at the end, so just click on as many offers as you like

How do I print off the tickets I want?
A: When you’ve finished looking at all the offers, go to the top of the website and click on ‘view basket’.

Remove any tickets you have changed your mind about, by clicking on the box to the left of each of those offers. Then click on ‘delete selected’ just below.

With the tickets you want to print, go to the right of each selection where it says ‘select’. Choose the charity or other nonprofit organisation of your choice from the drop-down menu.

Now, click on ‘print coupons’. Then click on ‘open’, ‘print’ and then ‘okay’. And ‘log out’. You’re done!

Why didn’t they print out? Why is it now telling me that my basket is empty, even though I can still see my tickets listed there?
A couple of things might have happened. First, when you click on ‘print tickets’, give your computer a moment to create the tickets; it takes a minute or so, until they are ready. Sometimes what happens is that we click on ‘print coupons’ a second time (while we’re waiting), and the computer responds by emptying the basket, by default: that is, the program assumes that the print job is complete. This is most likely what happened.

Otherwise what might have happened is that the steps of printing were not followed the correct way. They are: click on ‘print coupons’; then click on ‘open’, ‘print’ and then ‘okay’.

Now that I have printed my tickets, what do I do?
Just visit the business that is offering that ticket, and select the products or services you want to buy. When you make your purchase, simply present the ticket at the same time.

How do I know that my tickets get brought to the charity or other nonprofit organisation that I made them out to?
When you log in you’ll notice ‘Reports’ at the top. Click there and you can see a quick report of your personal list of redeemed tickets. If you see any discrepancies that are more than a month old, please feel free to report them to your local Agent. He or she will then investigate the matter.
